Mariah Session, the founder and Online Business Manager at The Savvy OBM, launched the company in 2022 to pursue her passion for supporting busy CEOs and small business owners. With over 6 years of industry experience, she discovered her love for assisting others in managing their businesses and achieving their goals. Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
Nope! You are only charged the price of your plan.
Because we are remote independent contractors, we provide our own equipment, basic computer software and tools, and pay for our own taxes.
What do your packages look like?
We offer fully tailored retainer packages, starting as low as 40 hours per month (or 10 hours a week). Our packages are designed to suit the unique requirements of each client.
Simply inform us of your anticipated hours, and we'll craft a personalized plan to accommodate your needs. Should adjustments be necessary as your workload evolves, we're more than willing to adapt the plan accordingly.
Our monthly packages offer flexibility to accommodate variations in workload. Unused hours do not roll over, and any additional hours worked will be invoiced at the end of the month.

How is your team chosen and vetted?
Our team of Virtual Assistants undergoes a meticulous selection and 4-step vetting process, including a background check, to ensure they meet our standards of excellence. Only those who demonstrate exceptional proficiency, reliability, and dedication are selected to join our team. This rigorous vetting process ensures that our clients receive the highest level of service and support from our team.
Will I receive support from multiple VAs/OBMs or just one?
When you work with us, you’ll have a dedicated VA or OBM assigned to your business, providing consistent and personalized support. However, because they are part of a larger team, we have other team members ready to step in at no additional cost if your primary assistant is ever sick or on vacation. This ensures that your tasks are always handled seamlessly without interruption.
What hours does your team work?
Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm within their respective (US) time zone.
You can submit tasks at any time. If submitted after business hours, we will begin work on them the following business day.
How quickly will you respond when I make a request or assign a task?
We acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 hours. While most tasks are typically completed within a few hours, others may require 24 to 48 hours, depending on their complexity.
Do hours roll over if I don't use all of them?
No, hours do not roll over. But you are able to upgrade or downgrade your hours anytime.

Rest assured, we will never exceed your allocated hours without obtaining your written consent. Your satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities.
How do I know that my business and customer information will be safe?
At The Savvy OBM, safeguarding your sensitive information is our top priority. We use LastPass or 1Password to ensure that all confidential data, including logins and credit card information, remains safe, secure, and inaccessible, even to us.
Confidentiality is ingrained in our business ethos. To reinforce this commitment, we offer all clients a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We take security and privacy matters extremely seriously, and we rigorously enforce the highest standards of professionalism among our team at all times.
To further protect your confidential information, we strictly adhere to a need-to-know basis when sharing information with our team. Additionally, each of our Virtual Assistants and OBMs are required to sign individual NDAs, reinforcing our dedication to maintaining the confidentiality of your business.
